Default Would it be possible to easily change the background on this picture to black?

I was making a CAD theme for the PSP, and I wanted to know if it was possible to easily change the background on this picture from gray to black? Thanks in advance. Here's the pic:

If it's possible, please tell me how.

Okay, wow... I COMPLETELY missed it, I've got it in 1 click:

I could have done it with MS Paint, but I did it with fireworks. I did it with fireworks because I needed to convert it to 32 bit pngs later and it turns out crappy looking in MS Paint.

It's Ethan from the web comic Ctrl+Alt+Del. It's awesome, you should check it out some time. Also, in this theme, it only lets you use PNG, TGA, GIM files, can any of them have transparent? If so, how?

I had them all, but than I accidentally formatted my hard drive... I got them from a torrent, since they're free, it's legal.
