has the copy still got a valid CD-key? and also the same with the microsoft office is it valid???

Deal? Thats too good to be true. If you bought the OS and Office from a store. You could easily return it for a heckuva lot more money than one iPod is worth. Besides, isn't reselling an operating system illegal, even if used or not?
