Question Flashing bios

so i need to flash my bios and i have no idea how to do that.

could some give a quick little run through of what has to be done? i havent installed any new bios's on me comp just so you know.

well it depends from mobo to mobo but if you go to the manufacturers website they will have bios update there and instructions. with mine I just run an .exe file and restart my computer and it flashes the bios.
