new mobo old soundcard

hi all, hoping someone will know

I just brought a new mobo, processor, ect.., I am using a terratec EWX 24/96 its a few years old but works well (asio fro DAWs) will it fit in my new mother board??

the mobo is S-series GA-M57SLI-S4 (gigabyte)

any help appreciated

Its a PCI sound card, so it should work fine.
