Pinnacle HD prostick tv tuner crashing!!
I have a 5100 series Acer laptop. I just purchased the Pinnacle HD pro stick. It installed but every time I start to configure or search for tv channels/signal. it turns my computer off or reboots my computer and then says (after starting up again) that it has incurred a "serious" error and to send a report. I tried configuring with my MCE and it did the same thing. I am worried that I am screwing up my computer. Has anyone had any experience with this product? Any tips are appreciated!!!
Pinnacle is closed now or I would call them. Their online support is also closed. |
