Vtp V.5

Hi,
Luckly i had a restore point before i installed. I restored pc to before vista install time.I installed VTP V.5, had major problems when PC booted up. OS was operating very very slow, full scheme wasn't installed. I have XP back...but i still have these VISTA icons on my recycle bin etc. How can i get rid of this vista and get my normal system files back?
