Default About Remote Access Software

Right now iam using I'm InTouch remote access software under 30 days free trial period, so far it is working well and i have received e mail that if i subscribed for one year they are offering me 50% discount, any member has tried this software earlier, any better softwares available

theres always remote desktop from microsoft, theres also one called VNC that I heard was ok.

I was told VNC, need to configure and doesnot work on dynamic IP as well as security issue.
I'm InTouch which Iam trying now is having encrypted data transfer, it works on dynamic IP and i found installation is very easy.
