Africa and India and all other foreign countries have their own laws, separate from ours. The debate with this subject (in America, I mean) is whether Americans(North Americans in general), In our superior position, should allow such action. We do not have the rape levels of Africa, or the suppressed violence levels of of China. To live in America is to live in a relatively safe place, compared to others. We do not need as they need, or want as they want for that matter. And we must decide our position.

HMM... I COULD SOLVE IT ALL!!

Condoms and other forms of birth control do not guarantee that you won't get pregnant. Condoms, when used perfectly (which isn't how most people use them), are about 95% effective. When used more typically, it is about 85% effective. The pill, when used perfectly, is about 99% effective. When used typically, it is about 92% effective. These numbers (for the pill) can vary, based on your body (weight, etc). I know people that were using both condoms and the pill and have gotten pregnant. While it significantly reduces the risk of pregnancy, it does not eliminate it.

I've asked you once before, kindly, to please leave this topic be. You're turning it into specifically what I've asked, in the first post, to not become.

Not only are you going against what I've asked in the first post, you're continuing to bring your negative view on things back into this topic.

Please. Take your negative-ness elsewhere.

I'm a lifetime NRA member, pro-gun, pro-hunting, etc. etc. and I see nothing wrong with being Pro-life. I myself am Pro-choice, as I believe it is a very personal matter and if the mother does decide to keep the baby, then that is great! If she decides to abort it, then yes it's sad, but who am I to judge? It's not my body and it's not inside of me, so my opinion on the matter is pretty unsubstantial at best.

I think the "day of silence" is a great way to express your feelings and spread the word (contradiction lol) about your "cause". I think what you are doing is great Hyper_Kagome, even if I do not personally agree 100% with the "Pro-Life" way.

The best way to avoid confrontation and ignorant people on the whole "abortion" matter may in fact be to be silent. Sometimes arguing over something is fruitless, much more can be learned by being silent and having the ignorant ones find out for themselves how wrong they may be.

oh i bet youd like to have a baby and either a) have the loosest pussy (excuse my words), or b) have a nasty scar on your stomach.

either way it sucks allot.

its funny how most of the pro lifers would be anti-cloning.

anyways, its a democracy, and people who havnt thought anything cant object to anything anyways..

its a good thing i live in canada, where the government won't contradict our needs as citizens.

I'm not making counter points because as stating twice, I've asked you to leave nicely, twice.
As stated in the first post, I do not want this to be a debate or an argument.
As stated elsewhere, moderators do not want conflicts on the forum.
