Default Recruiting for shareware review site

Would you like to play the latest shareware games for free? Do you want to share your thoughts about recent releases with other players? Are you a good writer? If you answered "Yes" to all three questions, then consider joining the new Game Review Team at GameXtazy. We're forming an exclusive group of game critics who will review the full versions of new shareware releases for GameXtazy. All positions are volunteer-oriented; however, we'll be cultivating a professional atmosphere, so only apply if you're serious about having fun. Email david@alawar.com for more information.

I don't mean to rag on you or your idea because there's not enough good review sites out there and everyone should have a chance to prove that they are good (or not ) but shareware games are...welll, shareware and anyone can play them for free.

I understand what you're saying: Why review shareware games when people can try them for free? Many people still use a narrowband connection to access the Internet and are reluctant to download even a small game without knowing more about it. Reviews of good games also help to promote the developers - most of whom can't afford advertising.
