Default Pentium 4 HT normal operating temperatures?

I am running a P4 3.06ghz prescott on an asus p5sd2-x motherboard
im getting temperatures of mid to high 30's to low 40's on the motherboard as well as the processor. are these temperatures running too high?
I have 2 80mm fans at 32cfm exhausting the back, one 120mm at the front blowing air in but is sort of restricted due to the hard drives blocking it, as well as the front of the case not allowing full cfm capacity, and one 80mm 32cfm on the side panel.
are these temperatures high? or are they running well, I am used to lower temperatures on the pc's i build.
