Default Blocking site

I want to block any site on my pc to be accessed. I have tried the method of adding th sites in the Internet options but it does not seem to work sometimes. Is there an other way to do so. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Tell us, are you an actual person or are you just a bot? I sent you a PM several days ago and never got a response.
