Default Bsod

Hey I recently got the Blue Screen of Death on my dads computer. I have not changed any software or hardware recently and cannot find any reason for the BSOD. The code i got was
0x0000000A (0x00000016, 0x0000001C, 0x00000000, 0x804E1745).
This was all the info i got as I do not no what else to get. Since then (about a week ago) it has happened twice. Does anyone no what has caused this. I don not think it is due to any drivers as nothing has been changed.
Thanks, Michael
