Dont even mess with overclocking until you have the entire computer built, running, and configured. You shouldn't have to even enter the BIOS in order to install the OS. Drivers are installed from within the OS (Windows), by going to each manufacturers website.
Once you have the OS installed and configured with the latest drivers, then come back here for help on overclocking.
