Im new and just built my 1st pc. Biostar T-Force 7025 mobo. Athlan X2 3.0 6000 CPU, Antec 650w PSU. anyways.... I power on and sys fans run, but CPU doesn't...Funny thing is that it will when I unplug the fan connection and plug it back in in works perfectly . .. IN bios under PC health it will then show fan RPM and all....Also, I'm trying to install XP from a Dell xp cd and got it to install then it went through whole install and removed cd...and it tries to boot from it everytime...tried to install again, then quit halfway and exited...now it says on startup....can't find ntfdl or something... and hit cntrl, alt. delete to restart....please help..
