That's a good site, I tried my own log and it seemed competant enough. Half of the descriptions are austrian or german though.

I would suggest being very careful with websites like that. They will sometimes assert that malware files are safe, and can also produce false positives. Additionally, just because an entry is bad doesn't mean it should be fixed with HijackThis - often specific tools are required. If you suspect you have a malware problem, it's always best to post a log.

I agree full-heartedly that the non-techies/malware noobs should assert caution, and let the pro's, like you and others, assess the situation through the logs. For users like me, on the other hand, this, at first glance, looks like a great site that will become my first stop when checking my next HJT log. I'm not naive enough to take everything at face value, and barring any mistakes it may make, seems like a real time saver, considering the amount of time I spend looking up all those suspicious services and registry entries.
