Lightbulb warm or cool

i want to know if there should be cool or warm air coming from an exhaust fan because mine is usualy cool but i want to know if there is a way to tell if the heat is being removed?

It should be the hot air being removed through the back, but if it's cold that's good!

Mine is warm, but also I have one fan in the front of my case sucking in air and one fan in the back of my case blowing out air.

I've got a weird power supply that sucks air in, instead of blowing it out.

anyhow i've got two fans in front and one on the side blowing in, one blowing out the back. and what comes out is fairly cool. It makes me a happy guy
