When i tried to boot the computer, it froze during the windows logo splash screen, so i had to go to safemode, uninstall the partially installed driver, and go back to be stuck with a 800x600 resolution.

Was working fine with old Nvidia TI-4400(AGP8x) Video card and old CRT monitor. Bought new LCD monitor and Nvidia GeForce 6200 (AGP8x). With the new card installed, box starts to boot then gives "Boot disk error, insert system disk then press enter". If I go into repair utility, then exit at command prompt it will finish booting and run great. Alternatively, if I go into the BIOS setup utility then exit out, it will finish booting and run great. Once fully booted up, I can execute a "Restart" and it will do so normally. but if I execute a complete shut-down, then cold-boot, the boot disk error shows up again. I tried disconnecting the floppy drive and extra fans just in case it was short on power (350 watts). If I re-install the old TI-4400 card, everything goes back to normal, and boots up fine. A "Geek Squad" tech at Best Buy checked it out, but was totally mystified. nChip VGA Buffer size-------[Disable/16MB/64MB/128MB]When i disable it nothing gets displayed on my monitor when i reboot(will selecting 16MB has any affect on my display).
It shows that selecting AUTO will disable onboard VGA if external and ENABLE will enable onboard VGA and this should be selected only when nvidia external vga card was installed.
-Do I have external video card or it is inbuilt in motherboard only. I am confused please help me to know what configuration i am using

What should i do to have full 512 MB of RAM.
