I need to get a cpu heatsink/fan but I dont know what to get that will fit this case. I was looking at the xigmatek dark night but from reading reviews it probably wont fit in my case especially since I have a window fan. Can anyone recommend a good-performing + quiet heatsink/fan combo that isnt too large where it will fit in the case?

Also, do i even need the window fan? the case comes with it and its huge like 220mm or something along those lines

There was the HAF 932 full tower case, then the little brother 922. After a while came the HAF X, sometimes called the HAF 942, that took the HAF 932's mainframe and added features that some would appreciate. Now I bring you the HAF 912 which is basically a re-thought HAF 922. Who wants more?!

Hi.

Newbie here, so hope this is the right place.

I have a Packard Bell PC. Last night it was fine, now today it won't power up. At first, pressing the power on button caused the lights on the front to blink once, momentarily, as if it were about to start up, but now it won't even do that. The stage where the lights would blink lasted until I removed the side covers.

It is now completely dead. Power supply to the PC has been checked and is fine. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks.

Update: Just discovered, directly under the mains in socket, a small socket for 12v, which I presume is available to run the PC from a 12v DC supply. Tried it with a working 12v supply, and it's exactly the same - completely unresponsive.
