hi, wasnt sure if this belongs in this thread. but whenever i shutdown my computer, that window pops up.. saying bla bla a program hasnt been shutdown properly or something (im using windows xp btw) , and it says end now or cancel. the application is called ccapp? or somewhere along those lines.. ive found that with this error popping up it slows my shutdown time, and sometime even gets stuck and doesnt end now properly.. and then i dont come back and check if its turned off or not.. does anyone know what this ccapp thing is? ive just reformatted.. and it used to happen before i formatted as well.

i had the exact same problem as you about a year ago (maby two)
anyways, for me it just magically disapperaed (no clue, nothing ever happens like that usually), but yes visit norton's site, and more than likely they will have some valuable information on the topic
