Hey, I'm sorry about that yesterday. It wasn't about being right or wrong. I thought you were trying to be a dick to me with the all caps BUD, and even so I shouldn't have responded that way. I'm really sorry about that, and I don't have anything against you or anything, I've just been really stressed with this new job and stuff, and I didn't mean to take it out on you. Hopefully we're still cool and can get past that.

There's one old expression that fits well. "Two heads are better then one" for finding solutions. Everyone has their own levels of experience and product knowledge according to what they have worked with.

That works for me! I'm a rather flexible type of guy here. We all get "stumped" on things at times.

One tip for boards is getting familiar with specifications and the user manual(online at support sites) when trying to advise or troubleshoot problems. For beep codes knowing who made the bios and referring to the error codes for AMI, Award, Phoenix, and others always helps.

I had a guy bring me a computer a few years ago, windows was corrupted pretty bad. Couldnt find anything wrong with it. Did a repair install, kept it for a few days, it was running fine and sent it back to him. 3 day later he brought it back same problem. Looked it over again, same couldnt find anything wrong. After talking to him this time it turns out he was pretty much a computer noob and did not know how to shut it down. Had just been holding the power button in till it shut down. Said he wondered why it kept telling him windows was not shut down correctly when he turned it on.
