Think I may have good news on the F@H front.

Today, I received my Kill-A-Watt electrical use monitor. You plug this device into an outlet, plug in an appliance -- my PC, in this case -- and it gives you all the different info regarding usage. According to the device, the usage for my PC is ~180 kilowatt hours per month. If this is true, then I'll be back folding 24/7 and I'll build another machine running a Q6600 and GTX 260.
