Citizen Erased is great fun to play. The best way to play is to drop the low E string to A, and then harmonic is just using your fret hand to barely touch the A string on the 3rd fret. So it should look like this:

All of the 3's are harmonics using the 3rd fret. Bellamy plays it on a 7 string, but who has one of those? Really easy once you get the hang of it.
