Just started this summer. It's a ton of fun but the beach is a 2.5 hour car ride away

Well, it gets to about 80-85 in the summer. I live about 10 minutes from the beach. I've made a bad habit of getting ice cream and going to the beach 4-5 times a week.

I could do 65 year round (would prefer 70 or 80 though =/). Are you near the beach?

It's quite amazing. Far different from Michigan. In Michigan the climate gets the extremes of cold and hot. Here it's mild all the time. Winter and 65*F. People seem nicer here too.
