Well the driveshaft with the clutch is the hortizontal one thankfully. I was thinking of just trying to find a vale that'll fit onto the tiny fuel line, you can sort of make it rev lower by half-releasing the fuel handle at present so I'll find something to do with that...

And 20-25HP! My car's only got 80 and that's over a tonne!

What's the HP on your go kart? I was thinking of turning a 4HP lawnmower engine (with a friction clutch on the wheel drive) into the power for a basic kart myself, just got to work out how to get it to throttle better...
