Yeah, we do. We usually hold a band camp the week before school starts to get everyone acquainted to the style of marching and we get them started on learning drill. Then from then on we have rehearsals every monday night for an hour and a half.

Bummer haha.
I wish we did a field show, even though we are fairly small. They just take up so much time it seems like (rehearsing). At least that was the case when we did one freshman year and thats the reason our new band director gives for not doing one.

We were missing about 6 people last Friday, so we had to can the half time show.

Thats about the same as ours. This year, we had a larger number of freshmen so we may be up to thirty.

So I'm assuming you don't do a field show?

Extremely tiny. We've got about 18-20 people I believe.
