Yup I use CS3. The border was created from scratch and then I made it into an action so it does it automatically. It is really handy.

Hey I have a question, do you use Photoshop to add the watermark/border on your pictures? Because it makes them look really nice and professional without taking away the essence of the pictures. I was just wondering if you were using Phothoshop or some program that adds it to your pics...
