When I go to the library, people using the computers connect to the internet, yet it looks tailor made for the library. I just use what I have at home at the library. So the internet situated at the library gives people a sense of direction because it lacks traditional home specifications. It's library internet' and at the same time it suits those users just fine. Perfect as a matter of fact. So you could say the internet uses different facilities and has a narrow escape.
