Headphone/Speaker/Audio Driver Problems

Hello thank you for reading this, if you can help that would be great, because I cannot find a straight answer anywhere. So here is the story. Earlier today I installed a new power supply and everything worked fine, except a couple of odd quirks at first, I got those solved. So I went to watch youtube and I put on my headphones and all I can hear out of my right ear was what I assume electrical interference sounds like. Then the audio would play out of the speakers and the interference would go away until I paused it. If I plug the headphones in the microphone jack, I hear the interference in my left ear. Does anyone know what on earth is happening. Thanks for reading.

Make and model of power supply you bought? Could be a garbage unit if everything worked fine before.

Corsair CX 600M I think it is pretty trusty considering it hasn't completely failed yet and it is from corsair.

I am sort of hoping that there is an audio component that I forgot to plug in, but I can't see anything to plug into.

I'm not saying its not the power supply but its possible that something isn't shielded correctly in it and its causing interference. Did it work correctly with the old power supply? You shouldn't have had to unplug anything but power cables to change the psu.

Ok. Sorry that I posted this thread, I plugged something in wrong when doing the power supply, but its not even connected to the power supply so its like I am a retard. I solved it, everything works fine. Thanks for your time.
