build me a pc for 650$

hi all , i am in need of a new build . my budget is 650 can you guys suggest what parts i should get.

i want to use it as a first pc gaming for one of my family members. he wants to play most games dont care about the settings. thanks 650 in total thats with shipping prob can go up another 50 bucks\

no thanks lol trying to get him the ultimate best bang for his buck. unfortrully he dont want to listen to me and wants to buy one built he already did and wires was unplugged etc so i got him to make him change his mind i was like seee how poor the service is and you get much more better bang with your buck by building it . and who knows what else was sloppy lol thanks

With a proper CPU cooler you can push these chips pretty good, and though this GPU will still play high settings, you can always go upwards in the future!
