Worst virus ive seen

Hello my name is johan and i have a really big problem i was random surfing and noticed some slowdowns in page loading and decided to download tcpview , and there was alot of weird traffic going out from all sort of stuff and i got scared ofc couse suddenly my girfriend had same problem on her computer and suddenly it was weird downloads on her android phone
did alot of lurking and found out the virus had clone our windows and installed its own drivers,
made its own rules, it hides from antiviruses by installing its own version of that program
or making a exeption that i cant delete ive tryed to format the computer didnt help
tryed to download every possible antivirus i could find tryed to change rules,delete virus files,
kill with ctrl alt delete, its like the freaking mastermind of viruses it uses every method it can to spread bluetooth,homenetwork,wifi, i attached some info if u need me to post anything else please say so and i beg my pardon for my bad typing. also just found out it somehow took over my dvd drive, tryed http://www.computerforum.com/threads/please-read-before-requesting-malware-removal-help.224967/
not a singel virus is found NOTHING im crying blood

after some digging i found somthing called twunk_32 twunk_16
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21769 leads to a susp shell32.dll file thats linked to trustedinstaller.exe

What do you mean you tried to format but it didn't help? Did it succeeded in formatting but you think it didn't erase the problem or you couldn't format because something was blocking that option. Can you post the logs you got from the programs in the sticky? That'll be a good start :)

You do realize that formatting means reinstalling windows fresh right? In which case, no evidence of malware/viruses would be on your system. And frankly, I can't determine what your problem is from the photos you posted.

my problem lies within everything it has changed the drivers on the cd drive somehow and managed to spare itself trough format they are pretty pointless its 0 on everything the vrirus changes the files somehow fml

Use KillDisk, reinstall OS. No virus will survive.
I'm sure that johnb35 can straighten out your existing install if you want to take the time and follow his instructions to the letter.

Viruses/malware won't survive a format and reinstall of windows. I'm assuming you didn't do that like you said you did.

ofc i did everything according to the text, i found alot of new info , somehow im stuck in a "console" . and somehow the virus made a new disk called nothing and its only visible in dos and the virus is called something panther.exe or somthing

Is it running Vista operating system? The information you are giving is very vague. I need to see some logs from the programs that you were advised to run. If you don't want to post the logs then we can't help you.

I have a feeling this is what you are seeing. If so, you aren't infected.
