(problem is on a Acer Aspire T-605)

so basically i have this PC for about half a year now and i can do a lot with it, but my aunt gave me her old PC to just do some things with it without being scared of crashing an important PC, i looked inside of the PC and i saw it had DDR3 ram but i didn't know if my PC had DDR3 or DDR4 as my system is kinda new, so i looked it up and my PC does have DDR3 i goofed out and noticed the RAM was only 1GB and 2 cards of 256MB and i cant really use that, but the first thing i noticed when i looked at the site with the specs of my PC, it said i should have 8GB of ram, unboxing videos on the internet said the same, but when i bought and it says the same to this day it only has 6GB of ram, ill show a picture of my Properties and a link to what my PC should have http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/DT.SRQAA.008, everything is the same except my ram, and as i run Adobe After Effects and render videos with it, that uses like 3GB of ram and then i only have like -1GB left because its also running 2GB of background processes.
i did do a windows 10 upgrade because i hate windows 8

Dont quote me on everything i said im only 14 years old and i'm not english

That link don't work for me. Open the side of the case and see how many sticks of ram there are and the size they are. Either you have a bad stick of ram or you really only do have 6gb.

Seems unlikely that a failed stick would allow the system to boot up and run without issue. Suspect you actually have 6GB or one of the sticks is so loose it isn't making contact.

I've seen it once and was surprised that it didn't have booting issues.

The model comes with different variations. If the sticker says 6gb of ram then thats what it came with.
