Microsoft Word 2010 Professional

Hello everyone, I have noticed that in Microsoft Word 2010 Professional, sometimes, when I highlight text, the highlighted text becomes inverted (black is white/white is black)(only on the highlighted text). It's very random between light blue and inverted. How can I change this?

I found out that the problem was being caused by speech recognition.
