Will this memory work with this system?

I'm building a PC with this motherboard:

http://www.msi.com/product/motherboard/H61M-P31W8.html#hero-overview

and this CPU

http://ark.intel.com/products/76345/Intel-Celeron-Processor-G1620T-2M-Cache-2_40-GHz

So my question is, will this memory work with the above components?

P.S. This will be my very first build and I don't know my way about hardware specs...

EDIT: It seems the memory listed above was sold out. Will this one work instead?

Do you already own the board? If not I'd investigate something newer (like a 9 series board with a G3258)

The RAM should work OK though.

Yes, I bought the board by mistake actually. It was supposed to replace a current rig I have. Was able to revive the current mobo's BIOS after they shipped the board...

Anyways, I don't mind though. My favorite OS is Windows XP, and it seems the last CPU gen to support it was Ivy Bridge...

(P.S.: Ppl have successfully ported DirectX 10/11 to XP, so it's still a viable OS for gaming!)

^ There are also many reasons to use XP. It actually works best in a dual boot configuration with another more recent OS such as Win7/8.1.

Btw, the reason I want to run XP was b/c I did a test on another system that had XP+7+8.1. I found out you could get 50%-75% more frame rate on the same hardware on XP, which is why XP is my preferred OS to game on, now that you can even run DX11 games on it...

Something was horrifically wrong with that Windows 7/8.1 setup then.

You likely didn't have the same settings between environments.
