Mouse issues - Bad dongle? What

Edit: Posted on mobile, title meant to say "Mouse issues - Bad dongle? What is going on?" but my finger slipped and I hit RETURN instead of SPACE. I hate posting on mobile!

I have a Logitech M510 wireless mouse that has been working perfectly fine... until recently. The cursor is really jumpy and it acts like its lagging and it even freezes sometimes. Sometimes I'll be scrolling down a page and it suddenly jumps all the way back to the top of the page. I've dusted the mouse, cleaned my mousepad, changed the batteries, even though SetPoint said they were OK, but the mouse still has issues. I tried my old gaming mouse and it worked perfectly fine though, so it's not my PC. I tried moving the Unifying dongle to a different USB port but still no improvement. My K370 keyboard came with this mouse and shares the dongle but the keyboard doesn't have any issues at all.

Did you try it on different surfaces? When you say you dusted it, did you actually clean the sensor on the bottom?

I cleaned the sensor off and the mousepad. I tried my mousepad, and my desk, but it still jumps around a lot.
