my old phone is not turning one because i rooted it

From the sounds of it, you don't have any idea what, how, or why you should root your phone, install custom recovery, and flash ROMs. If you don't know what a USB cable is, then trying to root your phone is well above you. This phone only charges via USB, so you do have a USB cable. It also uses micro USB, which almost everyone has at least 5 cables for lying around their house.

i do have a phone charger it is not a usb

It plugs into the USB port on your phone. Unless you are talking about a USB charger that has an embedded cord built into the charger, which AFAIK no phones these days come with. Look at your charger, most likely the cable can unplug from your charger and you can plug that into your PC.

What is "i already"? Is it a root-only app? You don't mean you already rooted because you said earlier your phone won't boot, so you aren't rooted.

Why do you want to root your phone? Do you know how to install a custom recovery and flash ROMs?

If you rooted your phone but it didn't boot, then you didn't successfully root it. And we are asking WHY you want to root it in the first place? What do you hope to accomplish by rooting?

If you have your new phone rooted, what have you done to make use of root?
