Laptop wont start

Hello there, I have HP Folio 9470m and now am having a bit of issues with the PC.
The problem with the laptop is that, when the battery is placed in the laptop without booting, the orange and White LED light will be blinking.
If I take off the battery and plug in the AC directly, the same thing happens.
In any of the situations, when I try booting the laptop, it doesn't boot.
I have taken off the battery, disconnected the AC source and pressed the power button for 60 seconds and later connected the AC and tried to boot but it won't boot.
Can somebody please help me out?

Try doing a hard reset on it. If this don't work then you most likely need the motherboard replaced.

First, disconnected the AC power from the unit.

Second, press and hold the power button and mute botton for 15 seconds. Make sure you press and hold both buttons for at least 15 seconds.

Third, plug you AC back into the unit and press the power button.

He just said he did that! For 60 seconds!

Is there a pattern to the orange and white LED? Like two flashes then one, etc?

How about you read exactly what I posted!! All he said he did was hold the power button. You also have to hold the mute button.

@Agent Smith The white LED is stable and the orange keeps blinking.

The orange light that blinks what does it look like? Is it the battery light? Could be a bad battery.

But The steady white LED and blinking orange lights comes on even when the battery is taken out and the AC is plugged directly and when the AC is unplugged and the battery slotted.
