GTX 960 or a R9 380/380X would be ideal. You can get 2GB 960s for under $200 or for a little over $200 you can get a 4GB 960 which is what I'd recommend. Same goes for the 380/380X too. What power supply are you using?

That is a previous generation CPU and motherboard you are using there by the way. It will perform well but you can get newer stuff.

what you think about the msi gtx 950 2gb gaming ? the price on my zone is 180 and the MSI GTX960 Armor 2GD5T OC 199,90  i can only spend 200 max on video card
It will be good but you may find 2GB V-RAM a little limiting even for 1080p these days. If you can spend an extra $10 you can get a 4GB one which will be better: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...7154&cm_re=gtx_960_4gb-_-14-487-154-_-Product otherwise the 2GB one will be good but bear in mind that playing Just Cause 3 maxed out at 1080p on my GTX 760 4GB I use about 3.5GB of my 4GB, so you can see why I'm recommending 4GB even for 1080p if you want to play the latest titles at high settings at an acceptable frame rate. You may find the newest games lag a little on a 2GB card if they are consuming a lot of V-RAM unless you turn the settings or the resolution down. For older titles 2GB should be fine
