Toshiba Tecra R840 Bluetooth driver

Hi,

Laptop Toshiba Tecra R840 reimaged with windows 8. There is no Bluetooth driver in windows 8 image. I installed the driver from Toshiba web site Bluetooth Filter Driver Package but get nothing. There is no icon in the taskbar and device manager.

After searching the internet, I installed Flash Cards Support utility for Fn keys but there is no drivers in the website.

Is there anything in device manager that still needs a driver? The only download coming up on that page for your model is the bios update. Is there a short model number for your system? All other data was entered properly.

The device manager

I can only assume either the Bluetooth has failed and device manager doesn't see it or its possible it's disabled in the bios. Or it just doesn't have bluetooth.

If it is failed I will try with another laptop. In the mean time I will check the BIOS. But definitely there is Bluetooth because the laptops with windows 7 there is.
