How are we selfish? You said a reset didn't work, correct? If reset didn't work then you have a google OS issue and the only people that can fix that is your phone provider. Either they will reflash the phone with OS or provide you a different phone depending if you have insurance on it.
Yeah if a reset doesn't work then there's something wrong with the phone or software ROM itself and you'll need to get it checked by a professional (i.e your provider). Resetting the phone should solve most issues but if it doesn't solve this then there's a problem with your phone that's either a hardware or ROM defect that only a professional can resolve. My guess is they'll just give you a new phone. Phones are such disposable items.
