worth the upgrade?

Hi there, I'm currently rocking an AMD FX 6300 processor. I'm wondering now that there is a FX-9590 out now where I live, is it worth the upgrade? My main purposes for the upgrade would be gaming. I also have a GTX 770, and have noticed some difficulty maxing out games like witcher 3, and am wondering if it's the processor or the video card or both? Thanks.

The m5a97 r2.0 doesn't support the 9590, only goes up to the 8370.

oh ok do you think it's worth going up to the gtx 970 with my processor?
