Buy the domain name and then sign up for Exchange Online with Office 365.

But you also need a host that will serve your E-mail and for that Stablehost would work.

Or you could learn how to make your own E-mail server and know how to protect it and use Ireadmail. But trust me, lots and lots of reading!

It's only a parked domain though. He can make an offer to buy it from the current owner.

LOL! Probably at a grand if not more. Been there done that. Not worth it unless you are a company that would benefit from that particular domain name.
