All right, but is that list accurate? Ive been told thats a biased list? Is that truth? Is there any chance that some of the brands in tier 5 or 4 dont belong there?

The list is pretty accurate for the most part. You have to remember that the tier 1 units are for people with 2 or more very high end video cards and all the bells and whistles. Definitely would stay away from the tier 5 products and the only one we recommend out of the tier 4 is the corsair cx series.
