My computer doesn't know it's own Native Resolution?

I have a Sony Bravia 22 inch LCD 720p TV model number KDL-22BX320. According to Sony's website, Amazon, and countless other websites. This monitors native resolution is 1366 x 768. For some reason, my computer say's that my native resolution is actually 1360 x 768. Which is 100% false, how can the box for my TV say a completely different number then my computer does? I'm very confused. When I try to turn it on 1366 x 768, which is the ACTUAL native resolution of the monitor, everything turns all blurry and hard to see. Also, I play games on this computer. For some reason, when I play games on my computer, everything becomes blurry when I turn the screen. I already know some of you know what motion blur is. It makes the screen blurry whenever you move for cinematic effect. But, the problem is, is that I'm not actually using motion blur. I've done multiple tests, on games that do have motion blur, if I toggle the option off, the blur is still there. Just this horrible blur that literally makes my eyes hurt. Like literally, everytime I so much as tap the mouse when I'm in game and everything blurs to the point you feel blind. Can this be attributed to my computer selecting the wrong native resolution? I also have a PS3, which automatically selects the resolution. Even stranger, when I turn on my PS3, it say's 1080p at the top of my screen. 1080p. How is that even possible, if my monitor only runs at 720p? Like, how could my TV even say the words 1080p, if it only goes to 720p? I'm extremely confused. And I'm getting very frustrated trying to fix my computer.

I had a similar problem when I had my PC hooked up to my TV. For each HDMI port you could chose what kind of device you had hooked up to it. Once I set it to 'PC' everything worked fine
