my PC specs:
CPU: Pentium (R) dual core cpu e5200 2.5ghz
RAM: 2GB
System type: windows 7 32bit
video card: Nvidia GeForce gt 8600

i know these specs are not good and cpu is pretty old too but until now I had no problem with that.

i built this PC 3-4 months ago with absolutely new not used cpu,gpu.. i'm simply using it: working with Photoshop ( i'm graphic designer ) and playing simple games like: Lineage 2, PES 16, mount and blade and etc.. 3 days ago i decided to install 64bit windows 7 as my cpu supports it and i could use more programms and games and maybe install more 2gb ram so i bought disk and installed it fully. After installing i noticed that my computer was really slow i was waiting like 30 seconds to open folder or google chrome and i'm not talking about games... i thought it was because of my cpu so i decided to install 32bit again. i installed it and i noticed that everything was OK now folders were opening pretty fast and had no problem with other simple tasks.. i downloaded PES 16 and started to play it .. i was playing simply first 10 minutes with 40-60 fps but after 10 minutes i started getting 1-5 fps only so i checked task manager and noticed that pes was using all my 100% cpu i paused for sometime game then started to play it again and same happend afer 10 minutes my cpu went to 100% usage again... after that i just closed the game and noticed that not only while playing PES but doing simple tasks like opening chrome or extracting winrar i was getting like 60-70+ cpu usage and it never happend before ..

1. i scanned my computer with malwarebytes but it detected no malwares
2. i cleaned it with CCleaner but it didn't help at all.
3. i defragmented disk but it didn't help too.
4. i cleaned my hardware with vacuum cleaner but still nothing..

i can't upgrade my cpu,ram or gpu because i don't have money now so i decided to ask for help people on forum... please if anybody knows the solution help me

thank you.

The driver programs used to update drivers are basically garbage and usually include malware along with it. Did you uninstall the driversolution program?
1. i scanned my computer with malwarebytes but it detected no malwares

Just running malwarebytes isn't enough. I would recommend running the following.

1.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your Desktop.

•Please close all open programs and internet browsers.
•Double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool.
•Click on Scan.
•After the scan you will need to click on clean for it to delete the adware.
•Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
•Please post the content of that logfile in your reply.
•You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[Sn].txt as well - n is the order number.

2.

Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.

•Shutdown your antivirus to avoid any conflicts.
•Very important that you run the tool in this manner:
Right-mouse click JRT.exe and select Run as administrator
Do NOT just double-click it.
•The tool will open and start scanning your system.
•Please be patient as this can take a while to complete.
•On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
•Post the contents of JRT.txt in your next message.

3.

Download OTL to your Desktop

•Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
•Click on Minimal Output at the top
•Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
◦When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL. Just post the OTL.txt file in your reply.

Then post the logs from the following 4 programs.

1. Adwcleaner
2. Junkware removal tool
3. OTL
