Another question I wanted to ask is want is a decent monitor that is reasonably priced, around $200 au

Save yourself from all those case fans and just grab a H80i GT instead of the H75. Also might want to wait for the RX480 to come out in Australia. They're suppose to be priced at $449 AUD.

When's the release date for the Rx 480 and is it worth the wait for it? Also any suggestions on a monitor?

No. You should be celebrating if they're even in stock at this rate until the end of July.

From what I've read they have brought out founders edition of both the gtx 1070 and 1080, there is normal cards from Asus, msi and gigabyte and all those other brands out there that have their own versions that are supposed to be cheaper but they cost the same as the founders editions, so I assumed that because of stores having no stock that once they get stock they will drop the price a bit.
