Partition missing, not a hardware problem

The issue that I'm getting was that one of my partition was for some reason not detected by windows. I knew that adding or assigning a new letter would help, but it said "windows cannot find the file specified" when I attempted to do that.

The Hard drive is 100% fine and works well in another system. Any help? Thanks!

According to the diagram there is nothing on that partition. Says 341.82 with 341.82 free. Might have something to do with them being dynamic disks instead of basic disks.

It might be easier to add it to the other system and pull off the data at that point. Then you don't have to rely on intrusive chkdsk or similar if it actually works on another system.
The data is extremely valuable.
Valuable enough for a backup regimen eh?

Silly me not back-upping the data... It is very valuable. Call that extreme stupidity, I don't even know what I am thinking.

Fixed it by copying all the data into another partition and re-formatting the partition. Seems like windows failed to import the partition after putting the hard drive into a new system.
