Always run a program in Administrator mode?

Hey guys,

So my friend and I are trying to play a game called League of Legends, but he can't play, the only way he can play is by running the shortcut (.exe) in administrator mode. Sadly, he is not the owner of this PC, and the program requires a password (the admin password). So is there a way that the admin of the PC can set the program to run as Admin every time, or run as admin without the password for that application?

Unfortunely, he would have to log into an admin account on the pc in order to play without getting the request for a password. Thats the whole idea of a limited account.

There's a shortcut for the game that doesn't require admin if you don't need patching and crap.
