Best small, inexpensive laptop?

What is the best 11" - 13" laptop for under $350?

So far it seems the best I can find is the Asus Transformer Book Flip TP200SA. The only flaw I can see is that it is a 2 in 1 - for me this is unnecessary. Also I heard the keyboard wasn't that great. Since I'll mainly be using it for writing, Microsoft Word and a good keyboard are the most important things for me.

So the question is, which small, inexpensive laptops (with Windows) have the best keyboard (I don't care about back-lit, but rather a good size and feel)?

Any suggestions?

Chromebook might be a viable option. What do you need the computer for?

HP Stream? It's pretty cheap and bigger than most laptops in its price range. If you just want to do word processing it seems like a pretty good option.
