Overheating error in bios HELP

Description from my uncle.
"It (computer) seemed to be malfunctioning so I shut the computer off. When it restarted during the BIOS etc. the computer printed in red 'temperature overheat select F1' etc.
There is no dust"

It's running the H100 liquid cooling, so cpu shouldn't be the issue. Also there was no mention of CPU in the error message. Any ideas? It's a Sabertooth X79 motherboard. Also, HTC Vive is hooked up.
Thanks.

Just because its watercooled doesn't mean it can't overheat due to bad block installation. The motherboard should only have a cpu temp sensor. Need to check temps.

Thing is it's been running ultra cool for over a year and the radiator is dust free. The computer hasn't moved in weeks. He said now it works again... I wonder if the vive was overheating and causing issues with the computer. But yeah, I'll install cpu temp software asap. Thanks.
