hi all, i have a sony viao laptop the problem is it wont start, it freezes no matter wether it is loading windows (safe mode or normal), the start repair tool it even freezes when i try and load the recovery tool after pressing alt and f10 when i start it up the hard disk light flashes...

hi my cd/dvd drive will read an audio cd but will not open a blank cd, it shows me in the cd drive icon that it has a cd r in the drive but when i double click the icon it flashes up d:/ not accesable incorrect function does any one have any ideas? regards gino
